Where has the time gone?

So I have been doing a terrible job lately, updating this family blog. As Landon gets bigger we seem to be more active everyday and thus haven't had much time to sit and attach pics on here. This coming Monday July 13th Landon will be 10 weeks old. Last week he made a trip to the doctor and weighed in at 12 pounds which puts him in the 50th percentile and measured in at 24.5 inches (90th percentile). Everyone that he meets always makes reference to how long he is, Brooke and I hope that means he will be our big "lil" man. Last week Brooke and I made a trip back to Wisconsin to celebrate the 4th of July. This was the first time Landon got to meet great grandma Eleanor and spend some quality time together. Grandma Tetzlaff watched Landon so we could go to Summerfest on the Milwaukee lakefront. Landon also got to meet "uncle" Billy which was great! Toward the end of the trip we celebrated the 4th of July at Green Lake, with a little water skiing, tubing, and volleyball. This was Landon's first time meeting the aunts, uncles, and cousins and was passed around like a hot potato. He did amazing on the airplane and we didn't have to be "that family with the wailing baby." In the past couple weeks Landon has started to smile all the time and he is constantly cooing. Last night was the first night he slept in the nursery and he currently sleeps about 6 hours at night. Brooke and I are having so much fun being parents and Munchie loves her little brother. As I type this we are experiencing our 6th day in a row of over 100 degrees with yesterday's heat index topping out at 114. Hope everyone is enjoying the blog and Brooke and I both love reading the messages you post about Landon. Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend as we will try to stay cool.

Love the Tetzlaff's

  2. Brooke, Robin and LT, I am so happy that things went well in Wisc. I hope you got a pic of the4 generations of Tetzlaff's. What did Brooke think of Summerfest? I can see how much longer LT has gotten. I love the professional pics of him too. I fell in love with your parents "2nd" home. I am so happy for both of them that they have it. They tried to get me in the kayak .......you know I wouldn't do that. Remember the moped accident Robin? Keep posting the pics of LT......Marsha
